Saut d'Hermès - Ryan

The "Saut d'Hermès" is the most prestigious international show-jumping, organized by the Maison Hermès, held at the Grand Palais in Paris.

Hermès paid tribute to its champion Ryan with this film. We were asked to tell the story of his career and the family history that shaped his legend in all the world's greatest competitions.

The video is a mix of photos and illustrations that form an animated collage. The materials and scenery are animated in stop-motion to create an authentic and offbeat look.

The film was screened at the Saut d'Hermès 2023 event at the Grand Palais Éphémère.
